Pizza Margherita! Well, that's classic...
Ingredients:
- Flour 500gr
- Water 250gr
- Yeast 5gr
- Salt 12gr
- Peeled tomatoes 150gr
- Buffalo mozzarella 150gr
- Olive oil q.b.
- Origano q.b.
- Basil q.b.
Process:
- Mix the yeast with a half of warm water.
- Mix flour and salt with remaining water.
- Add water with yeast and mix until a firm consistency.
- Form balls about 180gr.
- Put a bit of flour in top and let them rise. (until they will be doubled).
- Roll out the dough giving a circular shape.
- Put some tomato sause, some cutted (into cubes) mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 340gr.
- When cooked add chopped basil and origano.
