Pizza Margherita



Pizza Margherita! Well, that's classic...








Ingredients:
  • Flour 500gr
  • Water 250gr
  • Yeast 5gr
  • Salt 12gr
  • Peeled tomatoes 150gr
  • Buffalo mozzarella 150gr
  • Olive oil q.b.
  • Origano q.b.
  • Basil q.b.


Process:
  1. Mix the yeast with a half of warm water.
  2. Mix flour and salt with remaining water.
  3. Add water with yeast and mix until a firm consistency.
  4. Form balls about 180gr.
  5. Put a bit of flour in top and let them rise. (until they will be doubled).
  6. Roll out the dough giving a circular shape.
  7. Put some tomato sause, some cutted (into cubes) mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in the oven at 340gr.
  9. When cooked add chopped basil and origano.
