Ingridients:
- Flour 1kg
- Warm water 650gr
- Yeast 30gr
- Salt 15gr
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Semolina
Process:
- Put in a bowl flour, salt and half of the water (30-35C).
- Mix the ingridients, add some water with yeast in it, continue to mix until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
- Put the dough on a seasoned with olive oil table (pot) and brush it with some more olive oil. Let rise.
- Make strips 2cm thick and 15cm in length.
- Begin to stretch, than put in some semolina fluor and cook in the oven at 220C for 15 min.
