Italian Bresdsticks








Ingridients:
  • Flour 1kg
  • Warm water 650gr
  • Yeast 30gr
  • Salt 15gr
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Semolina


Process:
  1. Put in a bowl flour, salt and half of the water (30-35C).
  2. Mix the ingridients, add some water with yeast in it, continue to mix until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Put the dough on a seasoned with olive oil table (pot) and brush it with some more olive oil. Let rise.
  4. Make strips 2cm thick and 15cm in length.
  5. Begin to stretch, than put in some semolina fluor and cook in the oven at 220C for 15 min.
