The best starter ever! Sweet caramel sauce with vanilla shrimps! Yummyyy
Ingridients:
- Shrimps n. 16
- Tomato n. 1
- Eggplant 120gr
- Green beans 100gr
- Peas 100gr
- Asparagus 200gr
- Buffalo mozzarella n. 1
- Red oranges n. 3
- Vanilla n. 1
- Butter 100gr
- Sugar 50gr
- Garlic 1 clove
- Balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mix salad – q.b.
Process:
- Put tomatoes in a hot water, remouve the skin and the seads. Cut into small cubes.
- Mels in a pan butter with some olive oil, add peas and all vegetables includind tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Caramelize the sugar, add filterred orange juice (of only one orange), vanilla seads and continue cooking until it will become a sause.
- Clean shrimps, remouve the black part on its backs, wash quickly and saute with olive oil and the garlic clove.
- Cut into 4 thick slices our mozzarella. Put in the center of the plate just a little bit of orange sause, garnish with some mozzarella. Cover with some salsd seasoned with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Put shrimps on the top and in the end garnish your plate with same sauteed veg and remaining sause.
