Veal Tartar


I don't like meat, but.... maybe you'll like this recepie. I believe.








Ingridients:
  • Veal 300gr
  • Porcini mushrooms n. 4
  • Spreen onion 30gr
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Lemon n. 2
  • Olive oil, paemesan cheese (grana padano), valeriana baby (or normal)
  • Salt&pepper


Process:
  1. Clean carefully mushrooms and slice them.
  2. Chop onion with the garlic and saute in olive oil briefly.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook over a high flame.
  4. Chop finely the veal meat.
  5. Place the meat in a bowl, season with salt, pepper, garlic, grated lemon's rind and some olive oil.
  6. Mix all very good.
  7. Place in the center of the plate a little bit of salad (lattuce), place the meat, giving the shape of a meatball.
  8. On the meat put some sauteed mushrooms.
  9. Garnish with some grana padano or parmesan and freshly grounded pepper.
