Gallina Bianca marinated in Olive Oil
















Ingridients:
  • Chicken n.1
  • Celery 100gr
  • Carrots 100gr
  • Spring onion 150gr
  • Garlic
  • Black pepper
  • Sage
  • Bay
  • Mix salad
  • E.V. Olive oil


Process:
  1. Make the vegetable broth, add washed chicken and cook for a couple of hours. Let our chicken cool in it's broth to kep it soft.
  2. After clean the chicken, season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Put it all in a glass jar, mix the meat with sage leaves, salt and pepper, and smashed garlic cloves.
  4. Cover with plenty of olive oil. Let marinate for AT LEAST 24 hours.
  5. Serve  with mix salad. It geves fresh touch to the dish.
